Attorneys

The staff at McCarthy & Carbone, P.C. are focused on complete client satisfaction.  You never have to worry about who is working for you.  Your case is handled personally by attorneys who are accessible to you and sensitive to your need to understand the big picture.  Clients who have previously worked with larger firms tell us stories about constantly being shuffled from one attorney to another; never knowing who is accountable for their case; never getting the chance to meet with, or even speak with the attorney assigned to them; and never having a clear understanding of what was happening with their case.

We are selective about the cases we undertake, and we are careful not to overextend ourselves by constantly trying to obtain to many clients.  We subscribe to the theory that personal attention fosters great attorney- client relationships.  We want you to feel like your case is the only one we are working on.  We know we are doing our job when we are proudly referred o by our clients as “my lawyer”.
